The Unapologetic star has become the third artist ever to scoop seven number one singles in seven years an accolade only previously bestowed to the Beatles and Elvis Presley. Ri is the first female star to hold the record.
It tops a year that has seen Rihanna sell out stadiums the world over, turn fashion designer for River Island, and even star on the front of ELLEs April issue.
Ri beat One Direction to the top spot thanks to her collaboration with Eminem on his new song, The Monster.
Its not the first time the duo have teamed up. First on the 2010 single, Love The Way You Lie, once more on Ris Loud Mouth follow-up, and again on her 2012 single, Numb.
