Victoria Beckham is selling off over 600 items from impressive her wardrobe in aid of the charity Mothers2Mothers. The auction, which is in partnership with THEOUTNET.COM, will take place online between 20 and 25 August.
And our former ELLE cover star hasn't held back with her edit. Iconic pieces up for grabs include the white Dolce & Gabbana dress she wore to the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards and the fluorescent yellow Roberto Cavalli gown she wore for that preWorld Cup party, which she and David hosted in 2006.
VB became involved with Mothers2Mothers earlier this year after a visit to South Africa where she met charity founder Dr Mitch Besser, aka Mr Annie Lennox.
The charity employs 'mother mentors' already living with HIV to educate women on how to prevent the transmission of the disease to their babies and improve the health of their families.
After spending just a few days with these remarkable women and learning more about the charity from Mitch, and his lovely wife Annie Lennox, I wanted to do as much as I could,' Beckham explains. 'It really was a life-changing experience; Ive never experienced anything like it.
