As far as 'push presents' go, Mila Kunis's is a doozy.

The US actress - who gave birth to baby girl Wyatt Isabelle last month - has created an exclusive ring in collaboration with Gemfields, of which she is the face, and Marina B to celebrate entering motherhood.

The 18-carat gold creation features a Gemfields Zambian emerald and costs a cool $4,800 (approx £2,975).

Purchasers can be safe in the knowledge, however, 100 percent of sales profits will be donated to Gemfields Nkana Health Center in Zambia to help establish its maternity clinic.

'While we created it for Mila in celebration of Wyatt’s arrival, this is the kind of ring any woman can wear,' Paul Lubetsky, chief executive officer of Marina B, tells WWD.

We wouldn't say no.

The Mila ring for Gemfields is available via special order through Marina B's website now.
