M.Patmos Wins 2015 Women's International Woolmark Prize

If you haven’t heard of the designer M.PATMOS yet you soon will. The American designer has been announced as the winner of the 2015 Women’s International Woolmark Prize, which was held this week in Beijing.

The designer was selected by an esteemed judging panel that included Colin McDowell, Angelica Cheung and Victoria Beckham, who said of the collection, ‘I felt that Patmos embodied best what The Woolmark Company prize stands for. The collection was well executed and the concept interesting.’

And it’s not just prestigious recognition up for grabs either. The winner receives a financial contribution of AU$1000,000 as well as the opportunity to be stocked in some of the best boutiques in the world, from Harvey Nichols, to Saks Fifth Avenue and online retailed Mytheresa.com.
