Kate Moss is famously private and, phone covers aside, not enraptured with technology or social media. However, in a conversation with Interview magazine, she let slip that she has an Instagram account. My daughter loves Instagram. I mean, I do Instagram but I've only got 25 followers.
So much for getting any work done today were now unable to rest until we track her account down. To recap: were looking for an account with 25 followers and presumably a role call of photographers, make-up artists, designers and famous friends on the list of who shes following. And, if shes anything like the other celebrities we follow on the site, maybe photographs of her dog, hedonistic party pics, sleepy shots of Jamie Hince a la the Beckhams and snaps of her and Lila doing yoga in the manner of Gisele.
A quick search reveals an impressive number of accounts that are surely too obviously named to be the supermodel herself: katem0ss, kate_moss_official, iamkatemoss. A search for Kate Hince returns just one result, and weve ruled it out. So now were going to have to think more laterally - could Croydon, model or Lila Grace feature in her handle. We could be here sometime as Mossy is keen not to be unearthed. I don't really want anyone to know where I am. I don't want people to know what I'm doing. That's the complete opposite of what I feel like, she says. But if you get there before us you'll share. Right?
