The Collaboration

For the past 16 years the Swarovski Collective have showcased work from both well established and emerging designers including the likes of Mary Katrantzou, Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane and Alexander Wang.

This year the collective include London designers: Alexander Lewis, David Koma, Emilia Wickstead, Haizhen Wang, Peter Pilotto and Thomas Tait. The designers will work with Swarovski’s creative team to produce their Spring/Summer 2016 collections which will be showcased during London Fashion Week.

Designer Alexander Lewis commented: ‘It is both hugely exciting and an honour to have been chosen as a member of the 2016 Swarovski Collective. I feel proud to be counted on a roll call alongside some of fashion’s greatest names.’

The Schedule

The provisional schedule has been released and, tucked away amongst the big-hitting luxury brands and young designers that we love, there are a few surprises. Versus, the little sister label to Versace headed up by Anthony Vaccerello, has bagged the late Saturday night slot – which means we’re expecting quite a party. And Mulberry’s former Creative Director, Emma Hill will be unveiling her new accessories line, Hill and friends, with a presentation.
