For the first time in decades, last Sunday's New York Times didn't include any photos from legendary street style photographer Bill Cunningham. Their absence didn't go unnoticed by readers.

A spokesperson for the Times confirmed to Page Six that the 87-year-old photographer is currently in the hospital recovering from what appeared to be a stroke. "Bill's family and senior editors from The Times have been in regular contact with him. We believe that his recovery will be quick," the source said.

We're wishing a speedy recovery to fashion's most beloved street style photographer.
