For a woman with 27 years of experienced in fashion and earnings worth a reported £100 million, you wouldn't blame Kate Moss for wanting to take early retirement and spend the rest of her life on a yacht in the Mediterranean.

Well, that's what we'd do.

But, ever the business woman, Moss has launched her own talent agency (aptly named the Kate Moss Agency) for models, actors and singers, which now has us dreaming up ways to bag ourselves a contract with the fashion mogul on approximately zero talent.

Explaining her desire to create her own agency, the 42-year-old told Business of Fashion: 'You know that film Gia? Faye Dunaway plays the agent. I could so do that! But I want to focus more on managing people's careers than just [running] a modelling agency.

'I don't really want pretty people, I want people that want to sing and dance and act — I want to create stars,' she added.

Moss opened at Instagram account to coincide with the agency's opening to post a picture of herself on the cover of BOF

Kate – who earlier this year launched a collection with French clothing brand Equipment – said of setting up the new agency: 'I didn't realise how much it was going to change the way I feel because it is like taking responsibility for my own [business], whatever I do, instead of being the model who's being sent on jobs to turn up and just be whatever they want you to be.'

Right, that's it.

We're off to find a talent. Bye.
