It's almost December, which means it's officially OK to get excited about Christmas.

Getting us even more in the festive spirit is H&M's Christmas campaign, released this morning.

Directed by the genius Wes Anderson and starring actor Adrien Brody, the almost-four-minute mini-film takes us on an epically-delayed train journey (11 and a half hours!) through a snowy landscape on Christmas Eve.

With a train full of passengers who won't get to their destination in time for the big day, rather heartwarming scenes ensue as they band together to make their on-board Christmas as joyous as they can, situation permitting.

With all of Anderson's stylistic signatures - and more than a hint of one of his all-time greatest films, The Grand Budapest Hotel - we're going to call it: this is our favourite Christmas campaign of 2016.
