The Tisci shoe, an Air Max 97 that's equal parts street and sleek, is part of a trio of sneaker collaborations that will drop on March 26.

This isn't the first time Tisci and Nike have worked together. Just a year ago he designed a full collection of kaleidoscope-printworkout gear inspired by athletes training for the summer Olympics.

"When they asked me to do Air Max, for me it was like important to keep the soul of the shoe," Tisci told ELLE.com in an email. "I didn't want to change the shape. I didn't want to change the style. I just wanted to bring a part of the shoe that belongs to me, so I gave the shoe more height and brought my color, which is black."

Shop Tisci's style on March 26.
