In his short residency thus far at Calvin Klein, Creative Director Raf Simons is doing everything right. In his first season for the house he has sent editors, buyers and the public into a frenzy over his highly-desirable debut collection, reimagined those CK underwear ads (thanks to the stellar cast of Moonlight), sent Instagram into overdrive with his Obsessed fragrance launch (courtesy of decades-old, never-before-seen images of Kate Moss), AND taken home the CFDA Awards for both Menswear Designer and Womenswear Designer of the Year. Not bad, Raf, not bad.

And now the Belgian designer has turned his hand to The XX's latest music video 'I Dare You', taking on the creative concept and direction for the 6 minute long short film.

Simons who says he's a longstanding fan of The XX was drawn to the band's work with Alasdair McLellan on previous music videos, 'On Hold' and 'Say Something Loving' and was keen to be part of the third instalment.

The video sees Millie Bobby Brown, Paris Jackson and Ashton Sanders (in short, all of Raf's young favourites) play truant. After a day-dreaming Millie Bobby Brown misses her school bus, she catches her sister planning to play hooky with her boyfriend and fellow school mates.

They all head to what appears to be slightly sinister, creepy house (but in fact is the venue for a private gig with The XX) and teen angst ensue when Millie realises she's playing fifth wheel.

All of this drama takes place within the context of impeccable wardobing with everyone from the band to the cast dressed in Calvin Klein threads. It seems Simons really is the man with the Midas touch.
