Just when we though Lorde had made her best music video ever, with the dance floor hit 'Green Light', she goes and ups the ante.

We learnt a lot from her hit single's music video 'Green Light', 11 things to be exact.

A couple of the things were that it made us reconsider bodycon and superstar adidas, but also that Lorde, after a brief three year hiatus, was well and truly back, and the young witch had broken the second album curse.

Now it has been three days since she delivered her third single's music video 'Perfect Places'.

This time round the singer-songwriter eschewed city lights and Uber rides, and took us to an abandoned Island for her very own Robinson Crusoe adventure.

Thankfully, Lorde, née Ella Yelich-O'Connor, was giving us visuals as far from the Tom Hanks and Wilson situation as you can get.

Opening the music video wearing Jacquemus, complete with machete, we knew we were in for a treat.

In fact, there is a total of nine outfit changes, including a vintage Zandra Rhodes dress you can buy now and a coat by Vaquera.

Vaquera are the brand who brought us an entirely Handmaid's Tale - themed show, from which this amazing coat comes from.

And yes, you might have spotted their umbrella/mosquito net getup too.

And spot away you should, Lorde herself Tweeted that there were plenty of Easter Eggs (a hidden message) in the video and she has already confirmed two - that she is wearing a 'Graceland' t-shirt in the fire dancing scene.

And she is carrying her hard drive on a boat.

Don't ask us what they mean, we're too shook (along with the rest of the internet) at her outfits on this Swiss Family adventure.
