Fashion week is never without spectacle. Rocket ships, waterfalls, all the '90s supers: It's not easy to make headlines, let alone to be first to do anything on the runway. But today at the Thom Browne show, the American designer pulled-off the nearly impossible, doing something we've never seen before (at least not IRL): He sent an actual unicorn down the runway.

As the finale of the spring 2018 show, two men donned gauzy white equestrian-style suits and maneuvered the majestic unicorn fluidly down the horseshoe-shaped runway. Magical, indeed. And maybe a great time to revisit the mystical equine's recent rise to fame.
