Penélope Cruz announced the face of Loewe

Spanish brand taps actress

From one Spanish icon of fashion to another – luxury brand Loewe has announced today that Penélope Cruz is to represent the image of the brand. Her contract starts from January 2013 for three years.

Penélope, who is never short of dazzling in front of the camera - previously had quite a long-standing relationship with (another Spanish brand) MANGO, who now shoot their campaigns on Kate Moss.

The Hollywood actress said ‘Loewe is an international brand proud of its Spanish roots with a rich history behind. Its collections are made by Spanish master artisans and I have always admired their work. I feel fortunate to be a part of this project.’
