Three cheers for Ralph Lauren.
The American designer, who is synonymous with the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign, has made a 'multi-million dollar' donation to London's Royal Marsden Hospital - the biggest cancer facility in Europe.
The 6,383-square foot Ralph Lauren Centre for Breast Cancer Research is set to open its doors in 2015.
'England is very important for me, Ive been here for years. Its a place I love, so it was a natural thing. And the Royal Marsden is major,' Lauren told WWD.
'Weve become a more international brand and company, and so I think more internationally now.'
His generosity will be feted with a gala dinner at Windsor Castle tonight.
