Shoe designer Blahnik is expanding from his single Chelsea store into two of Londons highest-profile shopping destinations, with a little help from his friends at Kurt Geiger.
Thanks to a long-term deal, Geiger will open and operate shop-in-shops at Liberty and Harrods.
The Liberty spaceor Wold of Manolois open already, and full of shoes, tote bags, stationery and scarves bearing the designers delightful sketches. A 300-square-foot space will open at Harrods in July.
I am very excited that my shoes will reach an even broader audience through Kurt Geiger in Liberty and Harrods, Blahnik said in a statement.
The Liberty opening in February has been very successful and with Harrods being a breathtakingly beautiful store full of incredible heritage, seeing my shoes there in the next couple of months will be a special moment.
Before you get your hopes up, Geiger representatives say this isnt a step toward finding Manolos on sale in your local Kurt Geiger storeits a completely separate venture.
