What you really, really want

Lorraine Candy, Editor-in-Chief of ELLE, is back—and she wants you.

Between What ELLE Wears, Lorraine’s Blog and our intern competitions, our readers—hi there, folks—enjoy an invaluable window into how ELLE works.

Consider that window flung right open.

‘I think the time has come for us to reflect your views in the pages of your magazine more collaboratively,’ Candy writes in her Editor’s letter in the June issue. ‘Your input is valued and welcome.’

Ready for your instructions, newly minted ELLE contributors? All you have to do to get involved is send short ideas for shopping, fashion, beauty or feature stories you’d like to see in the magazine.

‘I believe ELLE is the only magazine you can really shop from and I want to make it as useful, playful and relevant as possible,’ Candy adds.

Ideas could be as simply conveyed as, ‘Who are the best new designers to watch out for?’ or as involved as you like. Be creative. And email it all in to theeditor@elleuk.com.

We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
