Kate Middleton borrows Mum's Reiss dress

The Duchess of Cambridge made her first solo speech today in another outfit by high street retailer – this time the ‘Trina’ dress from its autumn winter 2008 collection.

And it would appear she borrowed the dress from her mother Carole who wore it at Ascot in 2010. The Trina dress originally retailed at £139 and there is no plans from Reiss to reproduce it. Yet.

Supporting , Kate attended the opening of the Treehouse Hospice in Ipswich, a charity she feels ‘deeply moved’ to be a part of.

Clearly missing her husband, she commented, ‘I'm sorry that William can't be here today, he would love it here. A view of his, that I share, is that so much can be achieved through teamwork’.
