The designer had plundered the Dior archives, with the wasp-waists and full skirts reminiscent of Dior's New Look era making a confident catwalk appearance.
Although the designs looked vintage, Gaytten proved that couture has new school appeal, with Natalia Vodianova and Olivia Palermo
looking on as model Karlie Kloss closed the show in a sheer creation.
The translucent full length skirts and bell-sleeved shirting had a fresh feel, while the heavy swinging organza, classic palette and refined silhouettes made sure that Gaytten's private Haute Couture clientele were still kept in the very graceful fold.
