Adidas has been very busy this season. First with the release of Topshop x Adidas and hints on Instagram of Rita Ora's new collaboration; now, they have teamed up with British heritage brand Barbour.

It should come as no surprise that this might happen. Creative director Alasdhair Willis is Stella McCartney's husband and her long-lasting, extremely successful collaboration with Adidas should only be an encouraging sign that he will provide the same.

Paul Wilkinson, Global Head of Marketing, Barbour comments: 'Taking inspiration from our archives, and working with the adidas Consortium team, we have been able to create products that combine modernity with tradition reflecting the best of both brands.'

The collection will be available from Adidas Consortium partner stores and selected Barbour retail stores and partners worldwide in October.
