Reporting live from the first ever Victoria's Secret show in London, ELLE is backstage at Earls Court ahead of this evening's show.

Here's what you need to know...

- There's a LOT of food - everything from salmon and salads to jelly beans and Quality Street.

- It's really, really busy. Between the models, hair and make-up artists, PRs, photographers, videographers and journalists, there are hundreds of people milling about.

- It's also huge - the biggest backstage space we've ever been to.

- The models are all wearing matching pink and black dressing gowns with 'Victoria's Secret Fashion Show London 2014' picked out on the back in crystals. And they get to keep them.

- There's a graffiti wall saying 'London is...' which the girls are spray painting. Jourdan Dunn's tag? Dope.

- There's a relaxed, party atmosphere. In between pre-show prep the girls are grabbing a snack, chatting on sofas, taking selfies and, in the case of Candice Swanepoel, standing on a table to pose for photographers.

- Getting in is a military operation. There a queues to show ID and to collect photo passes, numerous security checks and chaperones to move everyone from place to place. So if you were thinking of crashing, don't bother.
