With designer Yvan Mispelaere, the classic DvF staples were renewed and purified: the white wrap shirt dress, crinkled organza shirts, billowing silks and canvas jackets were all light as air. 

The famous giraffe print lives on as waxed cotton and the use of print on print was skillful as ever. 

There is no denying Diane's fabulousness—she’s the envied Queen amongst the fashion crowd—and she ended in typically flamboyant fashion delivering American flags with Yvan, less comfortable in the limelight, to the audience at the finale.
