For the latest instalment in its musical series, asked emerging groups to record cover versions of their favourite British love songs.
Songs included on the loved-up mix tape, going live on Mulberrys site tomorrow morning, are The Rolling Stones Love in Vain, Fleetwood Macs Everywhere, Jesus and Mary Chains Sometimes Always, Pink Floyds Wish You Were Here and David Bowies Prettiest Star.
Adding another layer to the musical love note is the fact that a number of the artists they tapped are couples in the romantic sense, as well as the musical. Olivia Merilahti and Dan Levy of The Dø and Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey of Summercamp (they tackled Everywhere) are partners onstage and off.
Also singing are Camden-based band Tribes, Citizen!, and Kacey Underwood and Alice Costelloe of Big Deal.
Find the love songs, plus past performances from Hurts, Kasabian and Lana Del Rey, on Mulberrys blog from tomorrow morning. Slow-dance partner not included...
