The models, plaits at the front of the hair, stormed the runway in metallic jeans, studded waistcoats and trailing chiffon pieces. All the hallmarks of a summer of love were there - dream catcher-like lacing, Navajo leather fringing, Mongolian hair jackets and flowing bohemian printed dresses.
There were hints of a Kate Moss-style festival wardrobe in the tiny shorts, fedoras and studded waistcoats. And when, at the end of the show, girls took to the catwalk with snake and leather-clad boys in tow, they could have been a model and rock star boyfriend heading into Glastonbury. Cavalli girls take note.
