In the trailer for ‘The Tale of a Fairy,’ Freja Beha Erichsen (presumed to be the fairy of the title) clambers over shoreline boulders wearing only a pair of white jeans. She also engages in an amorous smooch with Chanel ambassador Anna Mouglalis.

Emotions run high through the rest of the clip, with steely haired model Kristen McMenamy flinging a cocktail glass, slapping a male companion and risking it all at the roulette table.

‘It is a movie about an ill-advised use of money which begins with violence and ends with feeling,’ Lagerfeld said.

The 30-minute fashion romp also stars Chanel muse Lady Amanda Harlech, Lagerfeld favourite Baptiste Giabiconi and model Brad Koening.

Lagerfeld plans to screen the film after next week’s cruise collection presentation in Cap d’Antibes.
