Babys first raw-silk edge! Stylish filles will have access to their own Lanvin soon, thanks to the forthcoming launch of the brands childrens clothing line.
The 25-item range will include frocks, outerwear and accessories with a chic Parisienne spin.
A Lanvin executive told WWD that the superluxury line for 4-10 year-old girls offers a way to translate the universe of Lanvin ready-to-wear to the world of kids.
Lanvin has its roots in childrenswear. Jeanne Lanvin started her label as a childrens brand in 1908, only expanding to cater to adults when the mothers who formed her customer base demanded similarly captivating clothes for themselves.
The collection will be available in a limited number of Lanvin boutiques from the end of November.
