Kate Arrives for Final Rehearsal

Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and assorted members of the bridal party arrived at Westminster Abbey for a last minute rehearsal before tomorrow’s wedding.

Thousands of fans have already set up tents outside the Abbey where there is a carnival atmosphere, and they greeted Kate with huge cheers and much waving of flags.

ITN political editor and close friend of William Tom Bradby said they were trying to “block out the terror of having two billion people watching them”, but Kate looked calm and in control as she arrived for the run through.

Back at Middleton basecamp The Goring hotel, a giant sewing machine was being delivered for last minute alterations (hopefully not on Kate’s dress), along with many hanging bags containing wedding looks. The countdown has begun in earnest.
