Betty Jackson enlists the Land Girls
The women's land army of the 1940s was the theme behind Betty Jackson's spring summer 2011 collection. This manifested itself in tweedy a-line skirts hitting mid-calf, worn with matching jackets and knotted with brown belts. Ragged gauze and high shine cottons were crumpled and Jackson has used traditional fisherman techniques to evoke the period.
