Louise Gray's first solo collection

Alongside classic Gray patchwork and multi-layering, she introduced Indian mirror work held in places with neon stitches. Ragdoll cotton knots littered shirting and were worn as a bustier over t-shirts. Pyjama patterns mixed with sequin embroidered mesh skirts created an artisan quality to the collection.

Bonus points are awarded for the Nicolas Kirkwood designed shoes by Pollini for Louise Gray – tread heeled Mary Janes in bright colours. And those weren’t ankle socks the models were wearing, it was white paint. What with Nasir Mazhar’s straw streamer hats, as always with Gray, there was so much to see.
