Little Marc's a match for mainline

Marc Jacobs' diffusion line surpassed expectation again with a jolly, easy and colourful collection. Sometimes viewed as the under loved poor relation to Marc's mainline, the past two seasons have seen this label grow from MJ entry point to destination in its own right.

Wide candy stripe sundresses continued his ¾ length dictate for the season, yellow tea dresses looked cute and reassuringly more expensive than a younger sister line usually does. His signature military shirts were more tailored for Spring/Summer 2011 and navy and cream trapeze dresses tapped in to an older audience.
