The brand new schedule for the next LFW, set to run from 17 to 23 September, has dropped into our inbox this morning. We've given it the once over and a few things have caught our eye.
All the usual suspects are on there and Burberry, Matthew Williamson, Jonathan Saunders and Antonio Berardi are sticking around for at least another season. We're very pleased to note that Giles is back on the schedule after two seasons of showing in Paris. And, as we already knew, February's most talked about designer, Hakaan, has made the move across the channel thanks to his ANDAM win.
Other things of note? London's current favourite brand, Acne, will be holding a salon presentation on the Sunday afternoon - the location is yet to be revealed but the W8 postcode means that it's not at the new Dover Street store.
And on Monday morning a slot has been allocated for an Alexander McQueen Memorial. No details have been revealed as yet but we're certain that it will be packed out with editors wanting to pay their respects.
