If you're searching for the next big name in knitwear design then we suggest you take a look at the winner of Pringle's recent design competition. The heritage brand recently teamed up with the British Fashion Council's College Council on a hunt to find a talented student that it could mentor. And, having sifted through hundreds of entries from universities across the country, they've chosen one - Jemma Louise Page from the University of Northumbria.
Jemma Louise was handpicked by a panel of expert judges include Pringles' creative director, Clare Waight Keller, Style.com writer Sarah Mower and ELLE's very own Fashion Director, Anne-Marie Curtis. And the lucky student has landed herself a six month placement with the Pringle team that will start once she's graduated this summer, as well as £1000. Remember her name - we're sure to be hearing more from her.More
