Marc Jacobs secrets revealed

While the rest of the world has been obsessed with Twitter for some time, it seems that Robert Duffy, long time business partner of Marc Jacobs, has just caught on. And boy are we glad that he's signed up, because he's revealing the need-to-know about the label's current and future projects.

So what have we learned in the past four days? That set design plans for next week catwalk show have not quite been finalised. 'Any ideas for a stage set for our fashion show? Its at the armory on 27th Street. Im stuck. No idea. Something minimal please? I have one week!' Nothing quite like leaving it to the last minute - we're sure they'll pull it out of the bag.

Duffy has also revealed that a host of new Marc stores are set to open in the coming months - including one in Milan where you'll be able to eat food and everything. 'We are opening a store in Milano Italy mid March. It's going to include a cafe and bar. A first for us. I'm thrilled.'

And he's also posted a selection of 'Marc At Work' shots that we love - particularly the one of him flexing his biceps, pencil in hand.

In related news WWD have also uncovered the fact that the label will be launching lingerie next spring, which means that the Marc Jacobs takeover of our wardrobes will be complete. Get ready to makeover your underwear drawer.
