Lorraine was announced as winner of the much coveted award at last nights British Society of Magazine Awards. She says, Im really proud of this award we have won 6 since our redesign because its a reflection of how passionate and brilliant my team is. We have made big changes to ELLE this year to make it better for our loyal readers and we have huge plans for our 25th anniversary year in 2010.
The award comes after an eventful year for ELLE magazine - Cheryl Cole, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow have all graced covers, we teamed up with London's hottest designers to create posters that marked 25 years of London Fashion Week and Lorraine even took Boris Johnson to sit front row at a catwalk show.
This is the second year in a row that ELLE has triumphed at the BSME's - last year creative director Marissa Bourke won Art Director of the Year.More
