ELLE takes london Mayor Boris Johnson to London Fashion Week
Seated between British Fashion Council Chairman Harold Tillman and Lorraine Candy, Boris watched the Caroline Charles spring/summer 2010 show from the front row.
But not before a scrum of paparazzi and what can only be described as adoring fans descended on his seat.
'Boris for Prime Minister' and 'I love you Boris' were just some of the shout-outs heard from the crowd as a chic band of fashion followers angled to get a snap of themselves with Boris on their mobiles.
The special edition issue of Boris on the cover of this month's ELLE was also placed on the front row at the show, which Boris happily posed with for photographers (pictured) 'It's been an out of body experience' the Mayor told ELLEuk.com of his first foray in to fashion (assisted by ELLE) - this month he also wrote the Ed's letter and worked with us to have our designer posters celebrating 25 years of London Fashion Week distributed across the London Underground network.
