If you didn't know already, Corinne Day is the photographer credited for discovering a teenage Kate Moss, and for sparking fashion's heroin-chic debate in the 1990s after she photographed her looking super skinny in grunge, the nineties look that her reportage style photography helped turn in to a global trend.
Sadly, ten years ago she also found out she had brain cancer and has been battling the disease ever since. She is currently in a clinic in Arizona undergoing expensive treatment that could save her life and her friends in the fashion industry have come up with a unique way to help her pay for it.
Premier models is auctioning this print of Kate Moss, shoot by Day for Dutch magazine in 1991 to raise much needed funds.
You can buy it for £100, through Premier models, but there are just 500 available, which means this limited edition print is not only a fashion purchase for a good cause but a slice of fashion history too.More
