Peter Copping takes the reins at Nina Ricci

The former designer for Louis Vuitton (he was Marc Jacobs' number two) revealed his vision for the label, which includes expanding Nina Ricci's accessories collections, to industry bible WWD this week.

His first vision for Ricci will be a capsule resort collection that will hit stores in December, with his first catwalk show scheduled for the autumn/winter 2010 collections next February.

This also means there will be no runway show for the label in Paris this September.
