Start Boutique set to open a Mother of Pearl pop-up shop

The hip East London boutique, run by ex-Fall guitarist Brix Smith-Start and her husband Philip, is dedicating one half of its womenswear store to the hotly anticipated re-launch collection of Mother of Pearl. The label is the brain child of Maia Norman (partner of Damien Hirst) and its signature brand of sporty glamour is causing something of a stir within the fashion world right now. Combining technical and luxury fabrics, the range features cool leather jackets, gorgeous dresses that can be packed away like macs, sports pieces in performance silks and some uber-covetable swimwear.

The guerilla store is due to open of February 16th - just in time for a spot of pre-fashion week shopping - and will exist for three weeks only. And there's no need to panic if you live outside of London - the range will be hitting Start's online store on the same day.
