We also hear exciting rumours everywhere that the iconic French fashion house Paco Rabanne may be making a return to runway and are casting their eye for a new designer. The house was formed by the designer in 1966, and Paco became famed for his futuristic collections - he designed the costumes for classic sci-fi flick Barbarella. Talk of a return to the catwalk has been fuelled by the runaway success of the latest fragrances, 1 Million, and Black XS and a new head of the beauty and fashion division who is making noise about reviving the fashion line closed in 2006. Already industry insiders are musing on who they would like to see take the helm, with avant garde Brit's Chris Kane and Gareth Pugh's names already bubbling to the top. This won't be in time for a/w 09 shows but could make for a sensational s/s 10 collection.
