They're the latest iconic style to be given a makeover by the eyewear brand (the Clubmaster was an eighties favourite with a design inspired by the 1950s Browline shape) and this time around the shape remains the same, but in February the style will be available in a whole range of new colourways. Expect them to be a festival staple come summer.
Ever the brand with its finger on the hottest musical pulse, Ray-Ban are marking the re-launch by asking three up-and-coming New York bands (Black Kids, Ipso Facto and White Williams) to re-work their favourite songs from the fifties or sixties. They will be performing at the Bowery Ballroom in the Big Apple - no doubt sporting the must-wear frames.
