Pringle of Scotland's new campaign stars revealed
Shot by Madonna's favourite photographer Steve Meisel, who recently snapped her madgesty for Louis Vuitton, the spring/summer 09 Pringle campiagn will feature London chicettes Pixie Geldof and Daisy Lowe, alongside Lydia Hearst.
'We were looking at iconic faces we wanted it to feel young, vibrant and very British,' Keller reveals to WWD today. 'Pixie Geldof had been on our radar for a little while, and then we started looking at the friends she hangs around with... I liked the feeling of reality behind that, that its not just pulled together for an ad campaign.'
The black and white images, which will debut in the March issues of some of fashion's biggest titles, are inspired by the iconic photographs of sixties shutterbugs David Bailey and Richard Avedon - '[who] captured the spirit of the people of the time', says Keller.
