Knitwear designer Simone Shailes grabbed the fashion spotlight back in 2007 when she scooped the Chloe Scholarship. And rising star status was confirmed in March this year with the critically acclaimed final collection of her MA in Fashion Design (knitwear) at London's prestigious Central Saint Martins.
So good was that collection that Topshop decided to sign Simone up as one of its next designer collaborators - and instead of asking her to design a new collection especially for them, the store has simply reproduced her final show pieces.
The stand-out collection of edgy yet cosy knits (pictured is the roll-collar cardie) hits shop floors and Topshop.com today. We say snap them up now and you'll be investing in a future classic from a designer who's stock is only set to rise.
