The Italian fashion house scoured MySpace social networking site to find faces as fresh as they come for their Autumn/Winter 2008 campaign. Designer Ennio Capasa placed his 'be my model' call out on his own MySpace page, and voila, hundreds of unknown models came flooding forth. Capasa chose 12 of his favourites for the C'N'C campaign shot in Long Island, New York by Stefan Ruiz. Capasa explained his desire to use new talent found online, rather than using established model: "Social networking is one of the most interesting phenomena today on the Internet," said Capasa. "It represents the great change and dynamism of a society that is increasingly a compulsive consumer of communication and contacts." Kate Moss, watch your back, we are all coming for your supermodel crown.
