The prize will be awarded tomorrow night at the GFW Gala show, judged by River Island's Richard Bradbury, designer Julien Macdonald and ELLE magazine's Editor In Chief Lorraine Candy. It carries a £20, 000 prize and the chance to work at River Island - plus the promise of fashion fame and fortune. (Last year's winner had her entire collection scooped up by guest judge Victoria Beckham on the spot.)
This year joining the panel alongside Lorriane Candy and Macdonald is another guest judge, super model Claudia Schiffer. She too will help judge the collections, selected from hundreds of hard working fashion graduates from the UK's top 48 fashion and textile universities, all of whom have been displaying their final collections at London's Earls Court since Sunday.
This year GFW has added a brand new education day on Thursday 12 June - a must for fashion students who want advice on how to break into the fashion industry. (Click now for tickets.)
