3.1 Philip Lim and co. land at Gap next week

Next week Gap are set to release a second collection of shirts and have teamed up with a new clutch of iconic American designers including Philip Lim, threeASFOUR and Band of Outsiders, all rising stars of the Council of Fashion Designers America and CFDA Fashion Fund winners.

"At Gap we're proud of our history of celebrating creativity, supporting emerging talent and inspiring our customers to wear classic American styles. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to support some of America's finest talent and to work with them to reinterpret that most iconic of wardrobe essentials - the classic white shirt," says Gary Muto, President of Gap Adult about the new limited edition collection that goes on sale next Thursday 15th April.

As well as snapping up a piece of limited edition fashion the promise of a slice Philip Lim on the high street (prices start at around £35) will no doubt have queues forming around the block next Thursday at Gap stores around the country. You have been warned - get shopping early.
