Chanel 'Mobile Art ' to be exact. A futuristic travelling pavilion created by architect Zaha Hadid - inside which the art of Chanel will be explored.
This incredible flying exhibit, which looks like a huge space ship (pictured here) will visit Tokyo, New York London, L.A, Moscow and Paris between now and 2010 - starting in Hong Kong next month, 27th February.
Inside it lies a collection of art instillations inspired by the iconic Chanel quilted bag. It's more than just an art exhibition though - as visitors will be given digital handsets to use throughout their experience inside the container.
'Mobile Art is not so much an exhibition to be visited as a landscape to wander through in a completely new way', says curator Fabrice Bousteau of this utterly unique exhibit.
Not only will it house Chanel inspired art works there is also a courtyard inside the container designed for hosting parties, dinners, meetings and says Bousteau, 'moments of happiness'.
No longer will we simply lust after a quilted 2.55 through Chanel shop windows, this is the 21st century way to admire one of our favourite accessories.
Chanel Mobile Art touches down in London in 2009.
