Are the fashion season's set to change?

It's even become a little bit of sport amongst some friends to see who will appear with next season's must have look first. However, this may all be set to change as the fashion industry is falling victim to global warming! Retailers and designers are up in arms because the seasons are now so samey. Consumers (that's us!) don't want to invest in expensive winter fabrics, to have them languish in the wardrobe during an Indian Summer and vice versa, summer sales in the U.K were severely affected by the miserable wet weather we were hit with. "The whole fashion system will have to change" said Beppe Modenese, founder of Milan Fashion Week. Whether this will mean that we will now be wearing the same clothes all year round (heaven forbid!) or that that the seasons will run concurrently (winter coats hanging next to bikins all year round perhaps?) we don't know yet, but we can't help but wonder if the fashion world might only have themselves to blame? Well if the price of our new winter boots of lust was little bit more accessable we'd be buying them all year long - guaranteed!
