Anna Wintour, editor of US Vogue and Issy's former boss, led the tributes at London's Horse Guard's Chapel which was attended by friends and fans including the Duchess of York, Lily Cole, Joan Collins, Naomi Campbell (pictured), Stella Macartney, Tracey Emin, Tara Palmer Tomkinson and Julien Macdonald. A close friend of the family, Bryan Ferry played a special arrangement of his song 'When she walks in the room', while his son Otis, Issy's godson, blew a hunting horn and The Irish Regimental Band played bagpipes. "It was both agony and ecstacy" working with Issy, said Geordie Greig, editor of Tatler, where Issy was Fashion Director-at-Large until her death. While Anna Wintour recalled Issy's bon-viver attitude to life. "She had no time for anything humdrum, banal, or mundane-to the extent that the task of cleaning her desk every night began with a bottle of Perrier water and Chanel No. 5." A legend in her own lifetime, she was fondly remembered by all.
