Matthew Williamson returns to London Fashion Week
Luella is doing it to celebrate the opening of her first store in London, while for Matthew this will mark the start of his 10th anniversary celebrations. The eponymous label he launched in 1997 has become an international brand with Sienna Miller, Jade Jagger and Cat Deeley among Matthew's most dedicated followers. His success propelled him to show at New York Fashion Week where he will return in February 2008 (with a flagship store launch in New York), but until then Britain has him back. The Design Museum, London, will also be showing a retrospective of his work, 'Matthew Williamson, 10 years in fashion', from October 17th to January 31st 2008.
