Chanel for a day... or four

Wish Want Wear has added six vintage Chanel bags to its designer lineup. Bags including the Barrel Bag, 2.55 Classic and Suede Fan Bag will soon be available to hire for fees ranging from £95 to £295 for four- or eight-day terms.

‘Chanel bags are most girls’ dream handbags,’ site co-founder Suruchi Bhargava said. ‘We’re always evolving our fashion offer to make it more exciting, so we’re thrilled to make this perfect accessory available for every woman’s wardrobe.’

Wish Want Wear launched in November to offer women a never-ending wardrobe of dresses for hire. The website, which follows in the digital footsteps of Girl Meets Dress and Rent the Runway, features in-season pieces from designers including Temperley London, Erickson Beamon and Sass & Bide. Dresses and accessories are available for rental on a pricing model that allows users to wear the designer dresses they love for a fraction of the purchase price.
